Dialogue Box Bug

Hey there nexus community :)

I've started installing mod for skyrim SE a few weeks back but i've run across a rather random but annoying bug of sorts. Sometimes the Dialogue on NPC's (does'Nt matter if its from a mod or not) or rather the dialogue box itself is acting weird. When i click on the dialogue option its going just fine, but at a certain point, the dialogue option that i chose is the only one left in the dialogue box and greyed out. From that point onward i can still kinda choose the next dialogue option if i click on the blank space ontop of the chosen option but i cant really see what i choose. I've searched for a few hours on the internet now and i cant seem to find any fix for that.

My question now is to you, if any of you have encountered this bug before and/or have got a solution for that.

The Stuff i already tried :

Deleting Dialogue specific mods : Relationship Dialogue Overhaul, Better Dialogue Controls, EZ2C Dialogue Menu

My Load Order : https://pastebin.pl/view/d1e55119

After deleting those mods did you start a new game or go back to a save before those mods were installed. Mods will very often get baked into a save, especially scripted mods, so you will have to use one of the two options I first described or just uninstalling them will do you no good.

I had this issue due to Alternate Conversation Camera. There's an .ini setting called bHideDialogueMenu=1 which hides the dialogue box when NPCs are talking to make it more cinematic. However, occasionally it would cause the dialogue box to only show the last dialogue option that you chose and selecting anything would select the first dialogue option the box was supposed to show. I set bHideDialogueMenu=0 which fixed it for me, but seeing you don't have the mod in your LO it may be the same symptom from a different mod. Hope this proves helpful for someone.
