Alternate Start Crashing

Alternate Start Live another Life seems to cause SSE to CTD on start. I've already gone through my mod-list checking for the cause and that seems to be it. Without Alternate Start game works fine, but with it I get a CTD on start-up. I had it working fine before, but I deleted all my mods and restarted modding. Load order looks something like:
