Skyrim stops responding

So I've recently run into a problem with Skyrim when I kill an enemy or any kind of AI/npc that the game freeze and everything but the sound (like background noise etc.) stops and the music keeps playing but I can't do anything but force the game to close with task-manager.

I've looked everywhere for a fix but not even Google could help me with that, so I have to resort to asking about it.

I have also tried disabling all plug-ins with NMM but that still doesn't help, I'm seriously confused to what could've caused this problem because of like I said, disabling all mods and plug-ins didn't do anything, the same thing happens with and without mods.

I really have no idea what could be causing it, because everything else works just fine for some reason.
