Nicoman008
Hi guys, I am new to skyrim modding. I would like to make some rivers and lakes in skyrim somewhat deeper. Is this to be achieved with the creation kit?
Noobo
You need to enter landscape editor, though I dont recommend it since it may affect the navmesh, and you might get clipping/hollows with statics like mountains and rocks To open the landscape editor look at your cell view's object list, just scroll to the top and there should be an item called Landscape

I mean, in a way the alteration is fully integrated into the game, with no clipping/hollows and actors using altered areas like the original landscape? scrivener07
Pretty sure you can fix the nav mesh after moving the ground around even in exterior cells. Your wanting to change stuff underwater so I say to hell with nav meshing. Just watch out for the beaches.
