mystyx13
I've been trying to track down an issue lately and have started removing some older mods that I don't really need anymore and haven't gad any real problems identifying which .esp is from which mod. Except when it comes to boshd.esp Thought maybe it was from BOS HD - originally on Bethesda Mods, but Nexus says i've never downloaded it and it'e not listed in the file contents I know it seems silly but I just can't remember where it came from. Even did a few internet searches with no results. Would someone please refresh my memory on this one  Edited September 2, 2020 by mystyx13
anjenthedog
Hmmm... I don't know where it comes from but I can offer a diagnostic test that might reveal it disable the plugin. Open the game and open a save. If my guess is correct, Skyrim will cough up a protestation about a missing mod. And afaik if it does recognize that a "necessary" plugin isn't loading, the warning *may/should name which mod is involved.
mystyx13
I tried that one already as well, only lists the boshd.esp as the missing mod, no other description unfortunately
anjenthedog
did you try doing a widenet search for "skyrim boshd" or just a nexus file search for "boshd"? (please don't tell me you did, because I know you didn't)
mystyx13
yes actually I did both, i did however find out what type of mod it is using sseedit, it looks like it's an old body/texture mod, and since i'm currently installing better mods for that I'm gonna assume it's safe enough to just delete it and move on thanks for the help tho
mystyx13
ok, seems it may have been the Beauties of Skyrim mod, nexus says i never downloaded it through them so not sure where it would have come from, but when I did download and install a moment ago it made no changes to the plugins list. So looks like that's where it came from. Must have downloaded it long ago before using mod manager
