sightone
Hello guys! At the moment this shout acts as a power and can only be used once per day. Is it possible to make a normal shout of this, so we can use it often? Maybe with 10 min cd to ensure we can not cast it immidiately after it expires. Thanks! http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Dragon_Aspect

Maybe optional. I like the effect in first person too.

TheEvolutionaryDante
If you add a 10 minute cooldown then you dont get the other half of the buff, it buffs your other shouts.

Yamie21
I would love a mod that simply makes this effect permanent with no stat boosts. Just pure cosmetic purposes :)
