Looking to get the game play of Horizon mod but without settlements

I only play fallout 4 with Horizon.

 

After several runs I am looking to have the constraints of Horizon but without settlements.
I might pick up some settlements that are NOT populated like diamond, hangman, and Robot.

I will probably go all robot in those bases.

 

Honestly I wish zawinul would create such a mod like Horizon Solo. But I know his hands are full with just doing Horizon.

 

Anyone have any suggestions..

 

Mods to add..

 

I know water will be an issue so I will have to make water purifiers from Horizon, but if someone knows a simpler way to keep it more lone survivor like a purification straw.. portable purifier type mod that would be great as well.
