Can someone check my load order and why certain mod's are conflict

I've only played a modded Oblivion once about four year's ago, so my experience with mod's and mod order is instinctual, but mostly forgotten.

 

So I have played Skyrim, but decided after a year or so i'd return to play with the mod's.

While I have and created a list of mod's, I still am getting error's and requesting help with:

1) My mod's and mod load order (in case any overlap)

2) Why I currently have a few dozen that aren't compatible or working.

 

I've so far spent four total day's (about 30 hour's) coming up with this list, organizing it, reading, and editing.

Have NMM, SKSE, Boss. Not sure what TESEdit or any other's do atm.

 

First, downloading most of my mod's, I could get into the game. After realizing how difficult it is to overlook the total Steam mod's with more than 30, I decided to convert as much as I could to Nexus Mod Manager.

Upon starting the game after switching to NMM, my game wouldn't even start. Fixed that.

Then I couldn't get near or go in any city. Fixed that.

Then I couldn't enter any city. Started uninstalling mod's, and debugged about 20 mod's that caused this issue. I singled them out to the list. Thankfully, this entering the city method debugged most of my problem starter's. As I will list them out.

However now my game will typically run for around 30 minute's and spontaniously crash. Once it was looking at a menu. Once it was drawing a sword. Once it was going down a road. Once it was at a city entrance, talking to someone.

 

I have a

Intel 17 X980

16 gb ram

ATI Radeon HD 5800 series

I honestly doubt it's my machine.

But I do think there are conflicting mod's, as stated.

Again, I have spent four whole day's working on this. And there's only so far I can go without losing interest, sanity, and time.
