Wyrmshadow
I've been using mods for a long time but only today have I tried to create anything specific for my game. I started doing something simple like creating a new NPC to import but I've run into two problems.1. All of their foreheads are not the correct color, it's like a line running from their eyebrows all the way to the back of the head and everything above is a dissimilar color to the rest of their head/body. Orcs have white heads, Imperials are dark, Dunmer are darker.2. Apachii's Hair & other plugins are not being loaded. I've been following this tutuorialHere is what I've done so far. I've used the Racemenu on my own character to develop different new characters. After each new PC, I used the console to SPF NewCharacterName to get their facegen data, as various tutorials have written. Had a problem with loading multiple Master Files in the CK, so found the SkyrimEditor.INI line to add."bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1" or should this also be added to SkyrimEditorPrefs.INI? So I load everything I think I need. Including Apachii'sHair, Extended Slider Color, Frost Elves, etc etc and have my own file as the Active File. When I add my characters it's very basic, just race, name, voice, Factions and then I import the face data from the .NPC files for the characters. But even in the preview window there is the forehead discoloration. I've attached 2 of my .npc files so you can see for yourself when you import them. Also, the same colors I choose and Apachii's hair does not show in the preview window, or the special eyes I've used. I've tried making the Forehead color Average, but that does not work. When I'm done, I save constantly. Then I select all the new NPCs in the Object Window and CTR+F4 just as the tutorial states.I don't place my NPC's anywhere in the world. My first round of troubleshooting caused the game to lock up when I added someone in WhiteRunOrigin. I just console spawn my NPCs. When I run the game, things seem okay except for the discoloration, and the lack of the proper Apachii hair that I picked when I first made them in Racemenu. Is this a simple issue? EDIT: Been doing back to the CK and hand manipulating the menu options for Apachii's hair and other options. Problem with the hair says there is an issue with the .tri files.. and the hair in the preview is floating 10ft above the head.
