WordgarVII
Hey. My laptop has 4 GB ram, 1GB video memory, and a large, high rpm hard drive. My old laptop had 512 MB ram and a 256 MB video card and it ran oblivion twice as well on better graphics settings. The only reason Oblivion is even remotely playable is because of the Oldblivion mod and the low poly grass I downloaded. Here is the kicker though, it is NOT vista's fault because BOTH laptops have Vista. Wa Teh Fu ??? :verymad:
coconut hobo
What video card? That is the most important thing when it comes to games...
Tamujiin
I second that as i have found out the hard way my laptop in terms of memory and everything out does my Cpu X2 but the vid card is what matters as oblivion will not run on my laptop. but because my PC has a Nvidia 7900 ( cheap i know ) it runs oblivion great with hi-res mods. Memory diffrence PC= 1600Laptop= 4 gb and to the new people an intel graphics card probably wont run a game as Video demanding as oblivion.
