LE Guildmaster, Thane and Civil War better reward

Is there a mod you would received better reward for being a thane, civil war soldier and a guild master in any faction?

Seriously being thieves guild master receive a tribute chest that contains a respawning random good loot. It seems unfair for being a Harbinger, Archmage and Listener. Also it be totally cool you would receive a passive ability for being a guildmaster like being Thieves guild master you can fence to any merchant without the required perk and 50% unbreakable lockpick , Harbinger 50% discount and 50% armor rating, Archmage 50% less cost for spells and magicka absorption, and Listener 25% percent instant kill and muffle.

 

Also being a thane is not quite rewarding. It is much more a scam. Yes you could buy property but it is a crappy hole. It be totally cool you would receive some allowance with the Jarl and a passive ability giving you a discount for being a thane.

 

Also with Civil war quest Common you join ranks in the army. Why not give you a title like private 5% discount to any holds that support your cause passive ability, sergeant 15% percent discount to any holds that support your cause passive ability, captain 25% percent discount to any holds that support your cause and rally troops ability that gives courage and heal to any follower, and war hero 50% percent discount passive ability, veteran scars 50% armor rating passive ability and rally troops ability that gives courage and heal to any follower.
