The Idea

So I, among some of us, have just finished the Dragonborn DLC. But I was expecting to see more of the realm of Apocrypha, even wanting to see more artifacts than some Black Books and the Oghma Infinium. So why don't we expand on the entire realm of Hermaeus Mora, and make it more than what it is. Let's make it so that we want to stay there, and forever browse the library of the unknown.

Possible Places

-The Browser Section, a settlement for browsers of Apocrypha: A small area for those lost in the library of the unknown. Includes a librarian (obviously), a smithy, a master mage, a fletcher, a tailor, an inn, and a master enchanter, along with the other browsers of Apocrypha.

-The Elder Library: A section of Apocrypha devoted to copies of the Elder Scrolls. They are always randomly appearing and disappearing, for they do not exist, yet have existed forever. A moth priest rests here, willing to read any of the Elder Scrolls that appear in the shelves of the Elder Library.

-Tower of Xarxes: A tower for the god of secret knowledge, Xarxes resides in his tower, recording the history of the Aldmeri and the Nenes for eternity. Here is found a copy of the Mysterium Xarxes and a non-functional Oghma Infinium. He is in this realm that he is most focused on writing the history of man and mer on paper, and he even has his own section of Apocrypha.

-Whitebeard Section: A place to learn more about shouting. Here in this section, the Dovahkiin can learn the Way of the Voice and learn how to make all of his shouts more effective and deadly. This section is home to the Whitebeards, the masters of the Thu'um by the teachings of Hermaeus Mora.

-Hermaeus' Tower: The tower where the true form of Hemaeus resides. Here, he houses his private section of books and some of his favorite knowings, including the knowledge of the Skaal shamans, and the many secrets that Miraak kept from him. Some of Sheogorath's ramblings are recorded here, you just have to look hard enough...

Possible Artifacts

-Aether Infinium: A powerful book that, when read, can grant someone the ability to smite an enemy with a massive lighting storm once a day.

-Mysterium Daedroth: A scroll that can summon a powerful army of dremora for you to command once a day

-The Stone Book: A dictionary of the dragon tongue, allowing the Dovahkiin to access all shouts and shout ad infinitum for a short period of time.

-Clock's End: A spell tome that allows the reader to slow or speed up time at will. This power is a major drain of Magicka, though, as it requires a grand master of magic in order to slow time to a halt.

-The Book of Youth: A powerful tome that can reset a character back to square one. A fountain of youth, if you will. The person will have lost all skill, but retains the knowledge that they have learned over the years. (What I'm trying to say is this is a book you want to read if you want all the perks in the game.)

-Book of the Divines: A small journal that allows one to obtain all the blessings of the Nine Divines plus Nocturnal, Auriel, and the Blessing of Blood.

-Mystrium Mora: A scroll that calls Hermaeus' servants to aid you in battle. This power can be used only once a day.

-The Book of Races: a book that allows someone to change their racial abilities. So a Khajiit, could have Night Eye, Argonian Waterbreathing, and Highborn abilities.

-The Doldrums of the Soul Cairn: A large dictionary that enables the user to imbue their weapons with the power of the Soul Cairn, allowing them to sap the life from an enemy if they get too close.

-The Guard of Skyrim: A small journal that removes any bounty held on them in all of the holds when read.

-Dagon's Runes: Stones that can allow a person to do one of the following: have a chance to instantly kill, have a chance to resurrect an enemy and make them your follower, have a chance to create an explosion of energy when power attacking, have a chance to make an enemy explode while dual casting destruction magic, or have a chance to kill people in a chain.

-Eternal Infinium: a book that allows one to become the avatar of a god for a short period of time. This is the most powerful book in the library, and is sealed within the bowels of Hermaeus' tower...

This idea is up for grabs, so anyone that wants to do this, go right ahead. I just really want this idea to happen.
