Well considering Dragonborns are born to lead. Talos Stormcrown his descendants, the Remans of Cyrodill, Wulfrath, Mirrak. The list goes on. This would be great.

You could choose either Solitude or Windhelm as your capital. Rename the Stormcloaks(Considering you are a descendant of Talos Stormcrown because all dragonborn are related as they are all sons and daughters of Akatosh, Stormcrown would be fitting). Choose their armor, weapons, flag( From a few pre-made flags, That you can change the color of).

You could have personal guards and Choose a few followers as your housecarls. The racist followers of Ulfric would try to assassinate you.

Here's a arguably better idea for you. How about we as a gaming community get together and send Bethesda a petition requesting yet another DLC pack? I believe that the storyline begun with the Skyrim Civil War does not end properly and that Bethesda needs to finish it off with what actually SHOULD be the last DLC pack. Dragonborn should NOT be the last DLC in my opinion. I believe that yet another is needed to finish off the Civil War storyline....Whether Imperial or Stormcloak, I think we can all agree that the war is NOT over and that there is a good bit more to tell. Here is my two cents for what could be.....Stormcloak, the player is given a Jarlship by Ulfric after forcing the Empire to concede Skyrim's independence and finishes off the DLC by royally kicking the Thalmor's ass out of both Skyrim AND the Empire. If Imperial, The player is given The jarlship of Windhelm with Elisif becoming High Queen of Skyrim, plus marshalling all of Skyrim once again against the Thalmor, with assistance from a resurgent Blades who it turns out come out of the woodwork to give the elves the buttkicking they deserve. *Sorry for any elf lovers but I find the Thalmors attitude highly repulsive and to be BEGGING to have a Nord boot shoved up their ass* *and yes I am aware that as of April of last year bethesda said they're moving on..I believe we need to give them reason to revisit Skyrim.....

Totally agree with this.

As Valkasha said, there actually is a mod called Become High King of Skyrim that sounds very close to what you're looking for on the nexus.

Unfortunately, the original mod creator has decided to stop modding Skyrim, leaving the mod discontinued. Fortunately, someone else took over and made a second version: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/64018/?

Just make sure to read the mod's description, it has some important information. And while we're on the subject of The High King of Skyrim: http://imgur.com/gallery/6Zl7k
