xCvrse
Hello, Im pretty new to the whole modding scene and started my journey with Skyrim SE. Ive made a load order and i really need help to sort it out so it wont CTD on me every few minutes, i really like the mods i have currently and the way Skyrim looks right now. ANY help is greatly appreciated! thank you! Basically asking for someone to take a look at my load order and organize it for me. Ive attached my plug in list below. VulcanTourist
Load order is neither the best nor the only means to correct conflicts. You have an awful lot of mods that alter worldspace. That is likely the cause of at least some of your CTDs. I'm not at all expert myself with them, but you need to get intimately familiar with SSEEdit, zEdit, Mator Smash, and other available tools for conflict identification and resolution. Every mod list is very personal, and you can't expect to find all the necessary conflict patches for yours published by others. You need to at least use SSEEdit with a conflicts filter to identify the specific conflicts - especially worldspace conflicts - in your mod list. As you find the conflicts, you'll have to make well informed executive decisions about which mod's record should take precedence in each conflict, and then use a script to create one or more conflict patches or create them manually with "copy as override into". Since the conflict plugin can be made Light and won't demand a traditional plugin slot, it's probably best to separate various kinds of conflicts into separate patches: worldspace, armor, NPCs/appearance, etc. Ideally you will then transform those bare plugins into mini-mods, at least by packing them into 7Zip files - with descriptive names! - that you can formally install and manage with your mod manager. I have just started learning how to do this. It can be grueling eye-glazing work. Edited September 9, 2020 by VulcanTourist
