Cant find Mods after downloading

Kay, so im like all new to this moding stuff ( <.< idunnoknow if its spelt like that would it be modding? ummmm.)

but seriously

okay so i downloaded hairstyle mods

after I downloaded that mod i would open

DAupdater, & Click Select DAZIPS & look into the folder i saved it into which is "override"

but when I click on the folder nothing appears that i have downloaded.

Help please?

a) There are two "...\override" folders in a standard DAO installation.

b) We can't see your screen, so we have to guess what you mean.

c) Use Windows File Explorer to Search for the ".dazip", then see where it actually went. :thumbsup:

And finally;

d) That mod includes a file named "chargenmorphcfg.xml". If you have any other mods that affect a new character's appearance, (which means having its own "chargenmorphcfg.xml") you'll to reconcile the two in order to get them both to work.

 

(And in the future, please give the full paths when you say you "looked in a folder".)
