ripple
You should first download BOSS to sort your load order, then download TES5Edit from the link in your BOSS log and follow the instructions on the linked page to clean the plugins flagged by BOSS as containing 'dirty edits.' I didnt follow the instructions by the link but, learnd how to by youtube guide. Boss no longer reported the dirty files :) Iv logged 700 houres of skyrim gameplay 500 with mods. And havent used tes5edit to clean before now. Can i expect a major increas in stability? Edited February 9, 2013 by aleksanderne
ripple
Can i expect a major increas in stability? It depends. If the problem you had before were caused by mods containing 'dirty edits', then yes. But the reason I suggested you run BOSS first is because there are many things that could degrade the stability of your game aside from 'dirty edits', and the BOSS log would highlight some of them (including plugins not recognized by BOSS that loads at the end of the load order and override all other plugins they may conflict with, when such a thing should not be allowed to happen). Just make sure you address all the issues noted by your BOSS log. Edited February 9, 2013 by ripple

Though it to be a tool for only modders, but its quit simple to use :)
