(failed the title so reposting) Getting influence as mercenary for each bandits fight ?

I repost because I've mess up the title and that totally changes the meaning of my topic x')

 

I've said reknown instead of influence.

I've noticed than fighting useless bandits was giving influence, so basicly, I'm getting paid 250 golds just for fighting a useless bandit troop..... wait what ?

no any lord would waste that, that makes non sense.

 

Also, I'm not getting any influence for giving prisonners anymore... why ? O.o

 

Is there any mod for that ? Could one of you create one ?

 

I play on 1.5.2 with improved garrison and auto trader.
