Clean walls, floors and furniture

Hello

I've downloaded many mods which makes my game looks wonderful

but still in some places on certain objects or even walls/floors I got "pixel dirt/rust" which ruins everything.
That's annoying if you have more than 200 mods and high end PC.

If anyone got the power to make some good mod to repair this then I'll be grateful. Delete it or make it non pixel, (better looking) that whats on my mind.
I've been looking for a mod at nexus but only one which exist in that type is called "Ugly dirt go away" which deleting only one of these in specific location.
