LE Change Thralls' Eqiupment

I'm sure this isn't the first request for this, and I'm amazed there isn't a standalone mod that allows you to change the equipment of your dead thralls. I don't think it'd be that difficult, however I know nothing about modding, and would be unable to do this myself.

Actually, it might be hard to do.

From what I know, reanimating NPC screws up "vanilla" dialogue, so you can't talk with it normally.

So, something new needs to be done.

 

Anyway, isn't it possible to put items in corpse's inventory when it's dead, reanimate, and tadá! Stuff is equipped on him?

Brother mentioned it's possible, but I am not sure, I've tried it but can't remember the results.

 

Probably the spell scripts would need to be changed to allow some sort of "dialogue" or Open inventory system, and thus it'd be incompatible with any conjuration overhauls.

No, it's not that simple. Thralls will only equip whatever armor they had on them when they died.

 

And I was thinking something along the lines of this mod.It uses a spell to access thralls' inventories and change equipment, however, the author doesn't update it, and it's pretty buggy.
