Really weird visual glitches, what's causing this?

So I've recently got Skyrim (non SE) pretty modded and I'm having these really weird and ugly visual things happening. This could be an obvious answer as I'm very new to PC gaming, but whats causing these things and how could I fix this? https://imgur.com/a/qtokvwy

I did my best to mod the right way, following the most up to date intro to modding on r/skyrimmods. Things look okay from a distance and some things (like the weapons and character models) look great all the time but when you get up close to some of the outdoors textures they just look completely distorted or pixelated (the stone path picture) and it's very immersion-breaking. Hopefully there's something easier than just restart from scratch and reinstall everything...Any help with any of these issues is much appreciated, I'm so close to being able to play smoothly without hopping out to tweak something every 10 min lol
