Akalahoodoo
Hello, **To preface: while I don't have the specifics on my specs and OS integrity, I am pretty confident that everything is in a very stable state. I was playing Skyrim without crashes just a couple of days ago--the issue here has escalated severely in a short amount of time, and I'm in over my head** I had been combing through the old thread regarding the unknown exception addresses and how to go about debunking ctds, but that thread has aged poorly and the tools used have either become obsolete or it's too muddled to understand (at least for my tiny brain  ) I have Crash Fixes installed and out of the last 15 ctds I've had, 12 of them have been because of this here: Game has crashed with exception address 0x770D5B71! The complementary crash log contains the following: Crash info:2020_09_15_14-10-23 - 770D5B71: V(1); EAX(8C03F800); EBX(0); ECX(0); EDX(8C03F800); ESI(2140000); EDI(8C03F7F8); EBP(19F4BC); ESP(19F470); STACK(B2AA28 B2926C CDA2DA CCBFE3 CCB7F8 CC4BFB CB8748 CC4E02 ACF61C ABD6C5 CAFF88 CB0048 CB132F C93482 C93D0E C94EE4 C8DAD6 CB8D52); Genuinely unsure of what all this means, but my TL;DR question is: ~:+:~ Is there some program I can use or some way I can view what mod exactly has the ID of 770D5B71 so I can cut its head off? ~:+:~ It's pretty much crashing me related to a wide variety of different visible triggers as well as ones that occur randomly (visible ones include the immediate point I would discover a new location in the overworld, having quest-related npcs spawn in, etc.) I'd really like to learn how to be able to find these things out for myself (being taught how to fish here instead of being given one, you know?) so that's why my question is more centered around how I'll be able to find these things out for myself in the future, just in case I run into issues again (which is very possible). Thank you so much for any help you may be able to offer. I'm so lost!
wfandrews
From what I googled this is a SkyUI error. The best way to find what is causing issues such as this as far as I know is to google them. These kind of problems are different than mod conflicts which are relatively easier to solve compared to these. This seems to be a problem with the mod itself as compared to a problem with the mod conflicting with another mod or mods. I do not Know what mod manager you are using so I really cannot tell you how to delete and reinstall the mod, which is what I would try. You could also try installing the mod manually using the instructions on the mods description page. Good luck.
