Could it be that one of the mods I am using requires BYOHHouseBuilding, or is this refering to the Hearthfire DLC?

 

Now that I think about it though, this happened during forging. I am using a mod that add some items in the forge, one of these items might require BYOH in a way. I suppose I will need to install the mod.
