Exporting animations that use IK solvers

Hello there!

 

I have done some animations for skyrim using the game's skeletons and their body meshes.

In these animations I used IK solvers for keeping some limbs in the same spot.

When the animations were done I ADDED A NOTE BLOCK BENEATH THE NPC ROOT with "start end"

 

Then I exported using these settings:

I opened the .kf file with nifskope and it did have information, it wasn't empty, but when I load the skeleton into 3ds MAX and load that same animation it gives me an improper file format or something along those lines.

How do I know it isn't corrupted? How do I know it is a working animation and how do I know if it works in game or not?

 

plz help I spent a lot of time doing these animations, starting over would be a pain in the ***
