mod manager not working after install

so im getting into new vegas again and found out about nmm so i downloaded it and after it was done it asked me to check off what games i was using it for so i did and then it continued to load but crashes and comes up with an error every time i launch it please help

That because your load order is mess. You need to compile it from the main ESM until the ESP that scattered irregularly. I suggest to used BOSS to organize it with simple button and less headache, you can get it here http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/35999 . Hope it can help you, Godspeed!
