Want to do a little tweaking of my own

Recently, I've been using this mod:

It's Saber's Excalibur, a sword which I personally like a lot.

However, there are some values that I would like to modify on the weapon itself..like being able to be upgradeable.

 

Can anyone show me a tutorial or link or give some pointers as to how I can tweak the mod values via CK?
