hbzliln1ck
^yeh like if the cities were bigger because compared to oblivion cities, fallout 3 cities are small!
Orcalink
i agree to see some fleshing out some places would be great ^^ especially Canterbury Commons because like i think it has already been said there is so much fuss and talk over thaat place and yet there's barely anything or anyone there. Just adding some guards and "Cantebury Common's Settlers" and you'll hav already majorly increased the place . but say just add an armory and flesh out the bar and you'd have made my day =P xxx
liquidlight88
Totally agree ... Canterbury Commons needs more people and just needs to be better equipped like the additions to the diner you mention and some lights or flaming barrels, a resident trader. Some of those large entrances could be barricaded to some extent also. I often wonder why turrets seem to be widely available to the raiders yet Megaton, canterbury commons especially have none. I also use the increased spawns mod and a few defence turrets in certain places would help stop some characters being killed off so near to the start of the game ... like the scavenger/trader on the bridge up behind Greyditch who on my first visit near the begining of the game was already dead. I would have thought that any self respecting settlement would go out of their way to aquire a turret or two. Big Town needs (not to be a green paradise which crashes my game) but just needs to be a little more homely, less depressing and hopeless. A turret and a few benches to sit on at least. Andantil
Just watch out - for new characters, it can be very overwhelming especially when paired with the increased spawn mods. My new LV3 Melee/Explosives/Repair guy armed with a Combat Knife and six Frag Grenades had to take on an eighteen man Talon Merc company, which totally throws level scaling out the window. throw in the Masochistic Fallout Mod and you've got yourself an impossible game there
Noobsause
man do i agree i thought oblivion cites where villages and i think there should be more eccentrics with all the death depressed landscapes and the threat of crazed death claws killing everyone you'd think they'd all go mad.
