While making map with the tutorial...

Every time I go to place some kind of light in my Vault (via clicking and dragging the object from the object window and into the visual), the light disappears and I cannot find the light anywhere. Though, I can see the object in my cell view window, and even after right clicking on the object and clicking "view", the object is nowhere to be found.

 

I also have the following checked under the view drop-down box that drops down when clicking on "view" up on the task bar.

• Light Markers
  
• Sound Markers
  
• Light Radius
  
• Bright Light
  
• Trees
  
• Leaves
  
• Occlusion Planes
  
• Depth Biasing
  

I have tried everything but I don't see anything where it says the light is supposed to be.

No, no, no, no. Thanks but that's not what I mean.

 

What I mean is, whenever I place a light marker in my window that shows the visual of my cell, even if it says there's a light marker in there in my cell window, nothing's there.

 

I even went to other cells and there were no light markers in any other of the cells. It showed them in the cell window also, but there was no visual of them an therefor they couldn't be moved or modified through the visual window.

I guess nobody knows what the problem is, then.

press "m" to show all markers,,,this will turn on the lights icons..

Hmm. For some reason before, in the view drop down, the "markers" line had a check next to it and the light markers weren't showing.. but now after pressing "m" once, and then again so it checked... they're visible. Strange.
