settler/trader/caravan subtitles WHEN NO ONE IS THERE

as stated in the title I keep getting subtitles of 'nice to see you general' and even settler/trader/caravan subtitles WHEN NO ONE IS THERE, and it's JUST the subtitles no voices, not even anyone around, nothing lol

happens in the prologue of the game too (like right after you exit the looksmenu)
