BSA instead of file folders... how do I add things to a BSA?

I looked at the same problem, but apparently what you do is download the mod that invalidates the game archive. (Use the one avaible in Fallout Nexus that is automatic) Anyway it changes the archive invalidate=0 to archive invalidate=1 For some reason this seems to make all the difference in the world. I created a MESHES and TEXTURES folders in the games DATA folder. Once you have the archive invalidate mod installed simply direct your mods plug-in file right into the DATA folder like in Oblivion, and if the mod has a mesh place the mod mesh in the mesh folder you created, same with the texture if there is one. I don't know if you really need to create meshes or textures folders but they kinda help keeping things organized. Anyway, this is what I've been doing, and things seem to be working so go figure, hope this helped.
