Sleeker Sniper Rifle idea (very simple I think)

So as much as I love Fallout in general, the vanilla weapons in the game almost always have this over sized cartoonish style to them that I just tend to dislike. It compels me to install all kinds of custom weapons and those are often times overpowered and tend to break the game somewhat. So occurred to me that basic models of the vanilla guns could be easily tweaked to be slightly smaller and sleeker without changing up their stats.

My biggest complaint is with the DKS Sniper Rifles. They have that silly huge barrel shroud that makes them look ridiculous to me, but otherwise I love everything about them. The other major offenders I can think of are the 10mm and 12.7mm pistols which look like massive hand cannons and are just over sized for the player models hands. It looks like you can't even fit your hand around the grip of the 12.7.

It would seem to me that tweaking the size and shape of the models without modifying them would be a simple matter for someone with a bit of experience with this but since I know nothing about that I'm not so sure.

As far as the sniper rifle goes I'd love to see the exact same model with a modified sleeker barrel.

It's the little things that bug you the most. XD
