Fallout 3 GOTY ENB textures bug

EDIT: Problem solved - I had to remove some additional software that were adding some cool effects to the game. Now ENB works fine.

 

ENB wont work with software like FpscEngine.

Recently I installed ENB to my Fallout 3 GOTY Steam version and it is not working properly, as you can see on the image. I can't find out what is causing the problem. I appreciate any help.
