LE Town of 'IX' possible mod.

I've previously tried to learn how to create mods at an above average level> needless to say it was a failure, but I did compile a whole heap of Audio(voices) and text files for a possible town to be created with a simple quest, so if someone is keen to make this mod and take a look at would I've stored + here what I have to add to said mod then PM me.

 

(you would need to do the majority of the work though >.< )
