Custom Races - Problems trying to get UNPB-BBP v2-4 HD installed

Hey guys. The problem I seem to be having is to do with the Custom Races mod by d_rail.

I can't seem to get my head around how to properly replace the files provided by d_rail with the textures and meshes from UNPB-BBP. Every time I've tried, my character seems to have no animations other than eye movement and blinking. I know I've definitely done something wrong so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm also using PCEA by xp32 (or at least attempting to), and RaceMenu by expired6978.

If you are using UNPB then you have to take the Meshes and the Textures from Diamonized UNP and place then in the Custom race folder for the race you are using

And then take the UNPB Meshes and textures and do the same thing

PCEA is not exactly NMM friendly and neither is Custom Races. So if you are using these two mods then I suggest learning how to Custom install and keep track of your files. Only for those 2 mods of course. That is what I do, and then I use NMM for all the other mods I use

Sorry if I didn't explain my problem clearly.

I understand the basic premise of custom installs in Bethesda games (e.g. data/meshes/whatever/whaetever_1.nif), but the main problem is this.

The version of UNPB-BBP that I'm trying to use with Custom Races doesn't require the original UNP body mod, and the biggest issue I seem to be having is that I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to correctly place the BBP animations within Custom Races.

So it's probably better to ask if anyone can tell me how to install BBP animations in Custom Races.

Thanks for your assistance so far people, I just wish I phrased my first post better.
