Bad graphic glitch greyish/bluish triangles all over.

Been playing skyrim SE on ps4 for awhile, but a couple of days ago I decided to get it on PC. Downloaded it from steam and started checking out different mods that I thought I would like. In the end I ended up with quiet a bunch of them, downloaded and installed with vortex and using LOOT to set the the load order. Somewhere something is messing up and I don't exactly know what and my searching for a solution hasn't really helped me.

 

 

The whole thing is flickering and sometimes it covers the entire screen and sometimes there is no issues at all.

 

I'm running the game on:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor

16 GB or RAM

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB whit the latest drivers.

Think I sorted it out, haven't played enough to be sure it is gone everywhere but haven't seen it since I did some extra cleanup in the dawnguard.esm.

Going through this currently. Tried everything. Deleted every mod and uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. Ran it with mods, ran it without mods. Still get this. My character was going uphill toward Fort Amol when the display was trying to render the shadows going uphill, the triangles began. Once I got to the crest of the hill they covered the full screen. By turning my character slightly to the left I was able to get the triangles down to emanating from the one mage guard outside the fort. I've played with all the graphical settings, even took the game and installed it on a different drive. No luck.

 

At this point, I am about to just call it a bust and move on from Skyrim. It's been a month of trying to sort this out and I am no closer now then when I started.
