I'm no modder, but this seems pretty straightforward. Give female characters the ability to talk to females as males do. Let them take the "Lady Killer" perk, or Let the "Black Widow" perk work on females..etc,etc,etc. Nothing sexual beyond what the game already allows to male characters needs to be added.

 

I prefer to play a female character anyway, but always feel awkward when males hit on the female in games. I got the idea when I woke up for the "ESCAPE" quest, and talked to the girl by saying "I just had a dream about you." and was dismayed at the response of "Ewwww, gross!".

 

Anyway, if someone could make this, that would be awesome. Or point me in the right direction if it exists. Thanks ahead of time.

I would recommend you check out the 'Sex for the Player Character' thread. It's a lot broader of an idea than you've mentioned but many people there have mentioned wanting sex mods encompassing all sexualities.
