Having issue with a multiple enchantments armor.

Hello everybody, I am trying to create new enchantments by creating new enchanted armor pieces and then learning the enchantments, the problem is that the enchantment I have created has both fortify one-handed and fortify two-handed effects and my enchantment skill and the soul gem I use just affect one effect when I want to enchant an armor, not both. A better explanation, the new enchanted armor I have created has fortify one-handed 40 and fortify two-handed 40, I disenchant it in order to learn the enchantment and then I want to enchant a new armor with the new enchantment I have learned but the result is an armor with fortify one-handed 120 and fortify two-handed 40. This is because the improvements I have for the enchanting skill just affect the fortify one-handed effect, which is the first effect of the enchantment I have created and I would be very grateful if someone could help me to change this if posible. Thank you very much in advance.

Yes, I have Extra Effect, but this just allow you to put two enchantments in the same weapon/armor piece, what I am talking about is a single enchantment with two effects, there is for example an enchantment which fortifies stamina and another enchantment which fortifies health and the new one I have created fortifies both stamina and health, two effects in a single enchantment. I can learn the new enchantment without problem and I can enchant an armor with it, the problem is that how strong the enchantment is depends of your enchanting skill level and the soul gem you use and those things just affect one effect, not both.

i totally understand what youre saying buddy. it makes perfect senese. You want to make it where both of the effects will scale to your experience, and currently only the first effect of the enchantment is scaling. I am not sure if there is a way to fix this. In fact, I believe some of the stock enchantments with multiple effects are also unable to scale all of the effects.. its usually just the first one iirc. hmmm... theres gotta be a way to fix it though, you would think...
