[Modders help] http request from witcher script?

My goal would be to send an http request from a witcher script, for example on taking damage.

Is there any way to do that from witcherscript? If not, is there any way to call something else other than a witcher script? Like a cmd command, or a batch file in the same folder?

Any other workarounds for using external resources?

Any other sources I could look up for this?

 

(I hope I'm asking in the right place, never used a forum in my life...)
