AJBURNS
Flushed with success at having forced my shelf to stick to the wall, I made a new tray to sit on a desk. Now it only likes to sit on the floor and is red when it sits on the desk.Anyone have a solution?

AJBURNS
Thanks.Am using this solution as a stop-gap. Would really like to fix my mesh to work like a mug. Currently investigating Nifscope as I suspect it has something to do with the physics.
robotized
I recently shared a link to one of Kinggath's tutorials in another topic. Looks like he has some more for NifSkope. Basics and snap points:
AJBURNS
That's what got me in this mess in the first place, lolI've checked out the all the mod school videos; they don't go deep enough in Nifscope. Will persevere - am picking up lots of other bits by experimentation. Check out my mod to see what I've made so far https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/47443?tab=descriptionThe Nuka Bookends are supposed to sit on surfaces. robotized
I don't have experience with workshop items. I tried making dialogue quest once, following Kinggath's tutorials, but wasn't much successful.Experimentation helps. And you can compare to vanilla or items from other mods, to see how they did it (in CK and NifSkope).
robotized
I was checking out some files by Zorkaz. I saw that he has a tutorial on snap points. Maybe you know of it, but just in case, I'll post it:https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/39305?tab=description
