dual wield enchantments left hand only used on power attacks

Problem:

Playing a dual wield character. No matter what weapon combination i use, when not using a power attack, my left hand weapon will use the enchant on my right hand instead of its own enchantment. It didn't wasn't always this way, so i asume it is not intended.

 

Probably relevant mods:

Ace Combat(not using the enchant module)

Achieve that

Dynamic Difficulty

Better Vampires by Brehanin

Unofficial Patches(all)

Royal Bloodline

Sneak Tools

Ashen race

+ some Texture/animation/follower/player homes but they shouldn't affect gameplay.
