StepOnaLegon
I guess no one's gonna do this. Oh well... Looks like I'll have to conform to the Warrior Badass Viking thing.

Actually here's a simple newbie-friendly guide from Beth on how to customize items in the CK: http://www.creationkit.com/Bethesda_Tutorial_Customizing_Weapons_%26_Armor Just scroll down a bit - it's under Armors -> Type. Hope this helps!

Ha, I shouldn't get my hopes up, lol. Still, should give it a shot. Thanks again.
LordoftheForsaken89
I'm in the same boat as you, OP. There is a painful lack of robe mods, save for the billion or so retextures of Thalmor/Psijic robes.
Shillow
I dare say that the only real set for mages in the entire game is Miraak's set, for which you have to buy an entire DLC to get. Everything else is either faction specific (Thalmor/Psijic) or completely independent from any other piece out there. You have to resort to making clown sets... building a set out of pieces that don't really fit together.I really hate how Bethesda prioritises their stuff. They create a gigantic world with lots of trees, rivers, mountains, caves, cities, plants, insects and animals, they go through the trouble of creating a dragon language and even a song that makes sense in both dragon speak and english, but they can't be bothered to offer mages the same diversity in clothing as warriors and stealth characters enjoy. patcazzo
The Tribunal robes are quite nice. thanks to SPERG it also makes sense for me to use the unarmored variant. Only downside: The tribunal is a temple, not an organisation of mages. It would be awesome to see some improved versions of Robes from Morrwind. The game had a huge selection of them. enderaman
Sorry for the thread neco, but I was looking for mage armor requests in the forums and this discussion was the most fleshed out. I stumbled across this the other day, but do not have the know how to finish them myself. This is the sort of stuff we need in game for mages. Anyone able to take a crack at it? http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/29052/?tab=1&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D29052%26preview%3D&pUp=
