Remember the Gangsters from the old game?

I was thinking it would be cool to make a faction mod about a mob group in the Washington Wasteland. Have a line of quests that bring this small time gang group to a mob family, become the leader of the family, control the chem trade, and earn money by taking over businesses. I'm not a coder, I'm just some guy who gets nifty ideas in his head. That's all I have right now, anyone else want to add or inform me someone is makiing something of such? Loved to play such a mod.
