ASNZern Posted February 14, 2013 Share Posted February 14, 2013 Any1 has seen/heard of this bug ?This applies to both Slow Time shout, and Quick Reflect perk. Right when this triggers, everything around me moves at super-speed. Clearly this isn't how it's supposed to be.
