AureliusofKvatch
Hey all, I am now trying to fix all the issues of my mod Kagrenfahlz. And I could use some help. Two quests are radiant and pick out random locations. This means that mods that add new lands which have locations which are marked with the right keywords, can be picked out as well. How can I restrict the radiance conditions to just locations in Skyrim? Can I enter a list of disjunctions of all the hold keyword? Would that work? Thanks! AureliusofKvatch
Also... how do you guys feel about radiance in created mods? Do you like the idea that you could also be sent to Bruma or High Rock (Beyond Reach), or do you rather keep it in Skyrim or... not at all? Evangela
If these new lands are not part of the Tamriel Worldspace(has to be accessed from outside of it) you can restrict by Worldspace using the GetInWorldSpace condition function. You can further restrict worldspaces like Solstheim, etc.
AureliusofKvatch
Thank you, I will consider this. Some users told me they did not like the randomness. I think it is fun. I am just trying to figure out what is wise.
TyburnKetch
Personally, if I played with new worlds, I would be happy to be sent on a radiant quest to them. In fact, I would be quite impressed that a mod could detect that I had other worldspaces loaded. I would also be happy with randomness. I mean, why would one not be? AureliusofKvatch
That is precisely how I feel too. One of the things I love about games like Skyrim is the exploration and the randomness of never knowing where you will end up, which makes "going with the flow" possible.
