Loading Saved Game mod files

Hello. Relatively new to this, so the problem could be staring me right in the face without my notice, so I apologize in advance for any blonde moments on the horizon!

Anyway, I've downloaded this lovely mod here; http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1520 and I used the mod manager and all that jazz, everything downloaded successfully, (I did however recieve a pop-up saying that there are mod duplicates to do with the eyebrows and Bella's better females, but that doesn't matter right?) and the comments state that it should just be there for access but no saves with this character are showing in my load game options. Any advice?

You have to put the file "Save 36 - Daenerys Helgen Keep 00.28.54.ess" into your save directory manualy. Dont think that a mod organizer can do this automatically.

That's a save game, not a mod, so don't use a mod manager to install it. Instead, you need to either extract the save game into your Skyrim save game folder, then load the save game in game, or use a utility like 'Face Transfer' to copy the facegen from that save game into one of your save games.
