Female Skeletal Structure

I am wondering why females in the game are using different skeletal structures. If you can see the image, that should explain everything. If not, my character and female townswomen have a model where the arms are close to the torso, whereas female guards have their arms bowed out (and they walk like they have something stuck up their backside).

I use a few mods that might affect this:

 

CBBE

FNIS

VHH (high heel walk)

Remodeled Armor (by Chrono)

 

I have used, but uninstalled the following as well:

 

Calientes Vanilla Outfits for CBBE

LSAR for CBBE

DIMONIZED UNP female body

Better Males

 

 

I would just like all females to use the skeletal structure like the toon on the left (or, if you cannot see the image, a feminine model where the arms are close to the the torso)
