red exclamation mark!!!! wtf

when ever i shoot any mod gun i get a red exclamation mark! how do i fix this? please help

I think you're dealing with a missing model.

Does the exclamation mark show up when you have the weapon out or only when you shoot it?

 

If it's only when you shoot the gun then it's a missing bullet or casing model. If it's just there in place of where your gun is then your gun's model is missing.

ok ty my assualt rifle is missing is model then and for all the other gun mods i have downloaded only get the red exclamation mark when i shoot them. how can i fix this?

This is because the "ammo" is missing the model. not the rifles
