fairly new bug but i don't recall any new mods that i added, only updating current mods :\ here is my mod list and order, hope this will help :S sorry if its too small, i can't get it any bigger :( also, if you have any suggestions to fix my load order in anyway that would be nice :P

edit: another crash, this time trying to loot a specific body. now that i think about it there was a similar thing only with a chest once. maybe a certain item that crashes the game?

It doesn't matter which 'version' of BOSS you download (the one hosted by the Nexus will do). When you install it and the first time you run it, it will update to the latest version of the utility and attempt to download the latest masterlist. Yes, it will rearrange your load order using the masterlist (which is based on community input from users and modders). It's not intended to magically solve problems but provides a good load order template to work with for those using large load orders. Unless you have used TES5Edit to scrutinize the records of every single plugin in your load order to check for conflicts, the BOSS load order will be less prone to causing issues. More importantly, the log will give us important information about the state and condition of the plugins you are using.

1) Cleaning: download TES5Edit from that link, follow the instructions on the page if needed, and clean the plugins flagged by BOSS as containing 'dirty edits.' Basically, you need to 1) apply filter for cleaning, 2) remove identical to master entries, 3) undelete/disable deleted references (this is more important, CTD prevention-wise).

2) Maintenance: go through the log yourself and attend to any error messages. For example:

  • JSwords.esm Active
    • Warning: Original file was released before the CK (07 Feb. 2012)
a compatibility patch fixed and cleaned with TES5Edit can be obtained
      here. (Compatibility Patch)

This means the plugin contain error records (which can cause CTDs), because it was made using a pre-CK tool like TEVSnip. Make sure you download the updated fix patch for it. Go through the log to check in case I missed any other error messages that you need to attend to.

3) Unrecognized plugins. Everytime you run BOSS, the plugins it does not recognize go to the bottom of the load order. Absolutely do not allow them to load there, after your compatibility patches (e.g. the Bashed Patch). You'll need to determine where they should load, but the only reliable way to do this is to check out the plugins in TES5Edit, see if they contain conflicting records with any other plugins in your load order, then determine who you think should 'win.' If they contain no conflicting records (something like TERA armour probably doesn't, unless it is editing the leveled lists to distribute the armour to NPCs), then they can load any where above your compatibility patch. This is an important step that should not be skipped. If the unrecognized plugins are overriding important edits made by the other mods in your load order, it can generate various problems. Also, you should clean them as well, because if they contain error records or 'dirty entries', the BOSS log will not notify you of it since BOSS does not recognize these plugins.

After you have determined where the unrecognized plugins should load, you can use something like the 'BOSS Userlist Manager' to set custom rules for them, so their load order position will not be reset every time you run BOSS (which you should do every time you install a new mod that comes with a plugin). They will also no longer appear in the BOSS log as 'unrecognized plugins' (which is why you need to be -sure- they should be loading where they are loading, since there will be no more warnings from BOSS).

None of this is guaranteed to resolve your immediate CTD issue, but they are essential to maintaining a clean load order and the long term stability of your game.
