CBBE not working. Please help this pitiful fool.

Hello, I am coming from Skyrim SE where I have 100+ mods running including CBBE for Skyrim SE. I wanted to try Fall Out 4 and I am just starting to mod it, but when I try to use CBBE on Fall Out 4 it is not working.

I am using Mod Organizer 2 with very limited mods thus far. I only have F4SE, Mod Configuration Menu, Bodyslide and Outfit Studio, and CBBE. ***see attachment for mod list as it appears on MO2***

I have tried installing CBBE by following the instructions listed on the mod page: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15

1) Using the ini editor in Mod Organizer 2, I have edited the fallout4custom.ini:

[Display]

iLocation X=0

iLocation Y=0

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1

sResourceDataDirsFinal=

 

2) I have installed CBBE using Mod Organizer 2 with the follow selected:

 

body shape: curvy
underwear options: nevernude (not selected)
outfit options: vanilla outfits, automatron outfits, far harbor outfits, nuka world outfits (all selected by default)
misc options: F4EE morphs (selected by default)

Note - I do not have any of the DLCs installed, all of the "outfit options" were selected by default so I just left them be. Could this be an issue?

3) I ran bodyslide studio using MO2
3a) selected outfit/body: CBBE and body preset: CBBE Curvy
3b) changed game data path to: C:\Users\*\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer\Fallout 4\overwrite\
3c) pressed batch build with everything selected
3d) I right clicked the overwrite in MO2 and created a mod "CBBE curvy" and I placed it under CBBE in the load order
3e) ran LOOT, no errors

I have tried running the game with the bodyslide mod I made (CBBE curvy) turned on and turned off, my character still looks like a potato with the default body with underwear. ***see attachment for screenshot***


My Mod Organizer 2 is saved on
C:\Users\*\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer\Fallout 4\mods\

My game file (steam) is saved on
D:\Program Files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4


Can anyone offer me advice?
