aoxer
Hi all, I am trying to install an ENB into skyrim, but everytime I attempt to the game appears overly brignt and extremely washed out, and has none of the effects of an ENB. I would really appreciate some help. When installing an ENB, you have to do it manually to get the files in the correct place and you have to tweak your SkyrimPrefs.ini file to get the effects to work. Make sure you are installing the correct ENB version DLL file (these don't come with your preset if you downloaded it from Nexus). Which ENB are you trying to install? 404notfound404
I'm trying to install this one: http://enbdev.com/mod_tesskyrim_v0149.htm, and I've done all the required steps. I had succesfully installed an enb on my old computer, but for some reason I'm having problems now.
Consequator
By chance i had this confusion too, you need to download an ENB settings package from the side (contains ini's and .fx files) and stuff that into your skyrim folder.

Consequator
Did you put the changes under [Display] in skyrimprefs.ini ?pasting in a new preset fixed it for me, but i think you have to do it manually and not through mod manager.
