Shivering Isles problem

I just installed the expansion, and i get the note saying that the door is there, it even appers on my map. problem is, when i arrive, instead of a door, i get a bunch of yellow exclamation points. can someone please help me?

 

Edit: Nevermind i got it working, i just had to check it in the Data files, like a mod.
